Leslie Fay leases floor at Green's 16 East 34th.

 Fay Companies, Inc., manufacturers of women's apparel, has leased the entire second floor at 16 East 34th Street for its Intimate Apparel Division.

The recently established department will consolidate from three separate locations - two at the Empire State Building and one at 55 West 39th Street - into an expanded 17,000-square-foot. showroom and sales office facility at the newly renovated, 21story tower owned by a partnership headed by S L Green Real Estate.
