Robertson (born 1928) was the chief engineer in charge of design of the World Trade Center in New York, which was destroyed in the September 11, 2001 attacks. He has been structural engineer on numerous other projects including the Shanghai World Financial Center and the Associates, R.L.L.P. announced that Andrea Soligon has been appointed as associate. Soligon has been with LERA LERA Labor and Employment Relations Association since 2002. She has worked on such projects as the William J. Clinton Presidential Center in Little Rock, AR, and the Newseum and Freedom Forum in Washington, D.C.
