Lendingtree partners with top airlines. (Business Alert).

LENDINGTREE INC., CHARLOTTE, NORTH Carolina, has announced it has forged lending-and realty-related mileage incentive marketing relationships for consumers who fly with US Airways, Northwest Airlines and Continental Airlines. LendingTree also has a marketing and business relationship with Delta Air Lines. To participate, consumers access a special co-branded Lendingrree Web site, powered by the LendingTree Lend-X technology, where they can fill out a loan request for a home mortgage, home-equity or auto loan, or initiate a real estate transaction with one of the real estate professionals on the LendingTree Realty Services network. For every $10,000 transacted for a mortgage, home-equity, or auto loan, the consumer can earn 1,250 miles in a participating airline's frequent flyer program, and for every $10,000 in a home's sale and/or purchase amount, the consumer can earn 3,000 miles in most states.

The special co-branded sites and programs can all be accessed at LendingTree (www.lendingtree.com/stm/partners/airlines.asp) or individually at Delta Air Lines (www.lendingtree.com/delta for SkyMiles members), at US Airways (www.lendingtree.com/usairways for Dividend Miles members), at Northwest Airlines (www.lendingtree.com/northwest for World-Perks members) or at Continental Airlines (www.lendingtree.com/continental for OnePass members).

"LendingTree offers consumers a unique experience where consumers are empowered to select the loan that best meets their needs," said Tom Reddin, president and chief operating officer of LendingTree. "Our site also provides consumers with access to the LendingTree nationwide network of approximately 7,000 real estate professionals. The opportunity to establish marketing relationships with top-tier airlines such as Delta, US Airways, Continental and Northwest with innovative mileage incentives, enables LendingTree to continue to focus on our goal of providing financing and real estate--related services to consumers eager for a great deal."
