The Company purchased 1,321,900 common shares pursuant to the Previous Issuer Bid at an average price per share of $25.34. The Company is instituting the New Issuer Bid as management of the Company believes that the Company's shares represent attractive values at current levels. The shares purchased by the Company will be cancelled.
