NASDAQ PolyMedica Corp., up $6.40 at $51.69. The diabetes treatment supplier agreed to a $1.5 billion acquisition offer from pharmacy benefits management company Medco Health Solutions Inc. Corinthian Colleges Inc., up 4 cents at $13.54. The for-profit higher education company reported a lower-fourth quarter profit, but a full-year outlook that satisfied investors. Adobe Systems Inc., up 6 cents at $40.87. The software maker's shares rose after an analyst said a number of the company's products, especially Acrobat 8, bode well for long-term growth.
