Lehigh Lehigh (lē`hī), river, 103 mi (166 km) long, rising in NE Pa. and flowing generally SE to the Delaware River at Easton. It flows through the Lehigh Valley, where rich anthracite deposits made Allentown and Bethlehem (a famed steel producer)  Technologies named Donald Donald (Domnall, Domhnall, Dumhnuil, Dónall) is an anglicized version of a Scottish or Irish Gaelic personal name, containing the elements dumno "world" and val "rule", viz.
