 throughout the city, Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati has signed a new, long-term lease for approximately 47,700 s/f at Equity Office's 1301 Avenue of the Americas.

Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati is relocating from Tower 49 to 1301 Avenue of the Americas where the firm will occupy a portion of the 39th floor and the entire 40th floor. Eric Berson, Esq., CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  of Washington Realty Group, Inc., represented the firm in the transaction.
