Further demonstrating the recent expansion trend by law firms throughout the city, Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati has signed a new, long-term lease for approximately 47,700 s/f at Equity Office's 1301 Avenue of the Americas.

Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati is relocating from Tower 49 to 1301 Avenue of the Americas where the firm will occupy a portion of the 39th floor and the entire 40th floor. Eric Berson, Esq., CEO of Washington Realty Group, Inc., represented the firm in the transaction.
