Notice is hereby given that proposals will be received by the Project Director for the U.S. Marshals Museum at or before 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 14, 2007 for the following: Fund Raising Counsel

Any prospective firm interested may obtain the specifications by contacting the Project Director at 479-709-3766 or by e-mail at marshalsmuseum@fortsmithchamber.com. Proposals must be made in accordance with the specifications. Right is reserved to waive any informalities in, or to reject any or all proposals submitted and to make awards in the best interests of the U.S. Marshals Museum.

DATE OF DEATH: February 17, 2007 An instrument dated April 16, 1990, was on July 30, 2007, admitted to probate as the Last Will of the above named decedent, and the undersigned has been appointed Executor thereunder. A contest of the probate of the Will can be effected only by filing a petition within the time provided by law.

All persons having claims against the Estate must exhibit them, duly verified, to the undersigned within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit in the Estate; provided, however, that claims for injury or death caused by the negligence of the decedent shall be filed within six (6) months from the date of the first publication of the notice, or they shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit in the Estate.
