Legal Matters: Prominent L.A. lawyer Terry Christensen has become the first attorney to be indicted INDICTED, practice. When a man is accused by a bill of indictment preferred by a grand jury, he is said to be indicted.  in association with former private detective Anthony Pellicano Anthony Pellicano (born March 22, 1944, in Chicago, Illinois) is a former high-profile Los Angeles private investigator who recently served a sentence in federal prison for illegal possession of explosives, and who was arrested on February 4, 2006, on unlawful wiretapping and  on charges including wiretapping A form of eavesdropping involving physical connection to the communications channels to breach the confidentiality of communications. For example, many poorly-secured buildings have unprotected telephone wiring closets where intruders may connect unauthorized wires to listen in on phone  and conspiracy. Christensen is charged with paying a minimum of $100,000 to place wiretaps that gave him a strategic advantage in a lawsuit, according to according to

Christensen has represented Kirk Kerkorian for decades.
