Legal Research Center Appoints Tom Dwyer to Senior Vice President of Sales.

Legal Research Center, Inc., a leading provider of outsourced legal research, compliance e-training and knowledge management services, today announced the appointment of Thomas W. Dwyer to the position of senior vice president of sales.
