Lee & Klatskin Associates announced it has closed a 234,000 s/f lease with Crest of East Brunswick Brunswick, cities, United States
Brunswick.

1 City (1990 pop. 16,433), seat of Glynn co., SE Ga., on St. Simon's Sound near the Atlantic coast; laid out 1771–72, inc. 1856. It is a port of entry with numerous container docks.
, a furniture retailer, at 30 Tower Road in South Brunswick South Brunswick is the name of several places in the United States of America:
  • South Brunswick Township, New Jersey
  • South Brunswick, North Carolina is the most southwestern corner of North Carolina and encompasses: Shallotte, NC, Ocean Isle Beach, NC, Sunset Beach, NC,
, New Jersey.

The company plans to occupy the building in September September: see month.  2005 and utilize the property for warehousing and its corporate offices.

Lee & Klatskin Executive Vice Presidents and Principals Charles Fern Charles "Charlie" Fern (1888-1990), a barnstorming Hawaii aviator and newspaper pioneer, was a University of California graduate and a World War I pilot.

Mr. Fern, who was raised in the Madison Barracks community in Sackets Harbor, New York, arrived in the Hawaiian Islands in 1919
 and Joel Lubin were responsible for representing both Crest of East Brunswick and the landlord in this transaction.

"We are pleased to have brought the landlord and tenant together to complete this significant lease transaction," said Lubin. "This location and facility perfectly met Crest of East Brunswick's requirements."
