At an all-you-can-eat chicken wing buffet A buffet is a meal serving system where patrons serve themselves. It is a popular method of feeding large numbers of people with minimal staff. What to do: Keep dirty dishes, empty food containers, and similar cues in sight, so you won't forget how much you've consumed.
