Leasing strong at Overlook complex.


Cushman & Wakefield, Inc., the exclusive leasing agent for Overlook at Great Notch, a Class A office property located at 150 Clove clove, name for a small evergreen tree (Syzygium aromaticum or Eugenia caryophyllata) of the family Myrtaceae (myrtle family) and for its unopened flower bud, an important spice.  Road in Little Falls Little Falls is the name of some places in the United States of America:

, has announced the latest of new leases at the site.

Projects In Knowledge, a medical education company, has leased 10,893 square feet of headquarters space at the 425,000-square-foot building.

"This transaction highlights a period of significant activity at Overlook at Great Notch, with lease signings totaling more than 60,000 square feet over the past six months," noted Jeffrey A. Prezant who, along with James L. Frank and Adam D. Padla--all based in Cushman & Wakefield's East Rutherford, N.J. office--handles marketing for the building. "This is clearly the property of choice for companies coming to the area. It is one of the premier buildings in a highly competitive market, and its amenities, hands-on ownership and great location all contribute to its strong track record for attracting and retaining tenants."

The long-term Projects In Knowledge lease represents a conversion from a sublease sublease n. the lease of all or a portion of premises by a tenant who has leased the premises from the owner. A sublease may be prohibited by the original lease, or require written permission from the owner.  to a direct lease with the property's owner, Theta Holding Company, L.R Gregg Najarian from Studley brokered the deal on behalf of Projects In Knowledge, which initially subleased its offices at Overlook at Great Notch in 2003.

The 27-year-old company provides medical education activities for clinicians and is accredited accredited

recognition by an appropriate authority that the performance of a particular institution has satisfied a prestated set of criteria.
