Leasing pace keeps up at Parsipanny Commons.

Leasing is well underway at Parsipanny Commons, the 55,000 s/f class A office and medical building which has been completely renovated by Larken Associates along Route 46 in this Morris county township.

Three new leases totaling more than 10,000 s/f of space have been signed just weeks after the two-story facility began its leasing program. The new tenants include a full-service coffee shop, a law office and a physical therapy facility.

Larken Associates has retained GVA Williams of New Jersey to serve as exclusive leasing agent for Parsippany Commons.

"The hectic leasing pace is a true testament to Parsipanny Commons' prime position in the heart of one of northern New Jersey's office and business epicenters," said Victor Kelly, a vice president of Raider Realty, which oversees Larken Associates' commercial properties.

"Tenants here benefit from state-of-the-art office suites, which are just a short trip from Fortune 500 companies, major corporate headquarters and prominent pharmaceutical research firms. The area is also one of the most sought-after and fastest-growing residential destinations, providing immediate access to a large and diverse consumer base."

Parsipanny Commons will feature medical, dental and professional suites ranging in size from 1,500 s/f to more than 14,000 s/f. The complex is situated on approximately 3.5 acres of land, in close proximity to a wealth of major transportation outlets. In addition to Route 46, Routes 10, 80, 287 and 202 are all easily accessible.

The "L"-shaped building will feature a distinctive exterior design, including atrium windows covering the entire front facade. Mr. Kelly points out. Covered parking will be available on the lower level with elevator access to all floors.
