Leasing pace keeps up at Parsipanny Commons.


Leasing is well underway at Parsipanny Commons, the 55,000 s/f class A office and medical building which has been completely renovated by Larken Associates along Route 46 in this Morris county township.

Three new leases totaling more than 10,000 s/f of space have been signed just weeks after the two-story facility began its leasing program. The new tenants include a full-service coffee shop, a law office and a physical therapy facility.

Parsipanny Commons will feature medical, dental and professional suites ranging in size from 1,500 s/f to more than 14,000 s/f. The complex is situated on approximately 3.5 acres of land, in close proximity to a wealth of major transportation outlets. In addition to Route 46, Routes 10, 80, 287 and 202 are all easily accessible.

The "L"-shaped building will feature a distinctive exterior design, including atrium atrium (ā`trēəm), term for an interior court in Roman domestic architecture and also for a type of entrance court in early Christian churches.
