 Group announced that SCP (1) (Service Control Point) A node in an SS7 telephone network that provides an interface to databases, which may reside within the SCP computer or in other computers.  Pool Corp has signed a 28,224 SF lease at 250 West Nyack Road in West Nyack, N.Y. Edward Kulikowski, of Rakow Commercial, represented the tenant in the transaction.

* JT Sholman & Company has signed a 3,000 SF renewal lease.

Kraig Silver, senior vice president of the Treeline Company, served as an in-house agent for the landlord.

Breslin Realty Breslin Realty, founded by Wilbur Breslin in the postwar years, is one of Long Island's largest real estate development and holding companies.

In 1994-95, Breslin Realty was to have gone public as an REIT, with its NYSE IPO underwritten by Merrill Lynch.
 Development Corp. announced that J. Peat & Associates has signed an 8,000 SF lease at 337-343 Merrick Road Merrick Road, named Merrick Boulevard inside New York City, is a road running from Jamaica, Queens, New York east through Merrick, New York to the line between Nassau and Suffolk Counties, where it becomes Montauk Highway.  in Lynbrook, N.Y. Kenneth A. Breslin, vice president of Breslin Realty, served as the broker in the transaction.

* G.P. Schafer has signed a 1,700 SF lease at 270 Lafayette St. in New York City. Steve Marvin, of Olmstead Properties, represented the landlord in the transaction;

Reckson Associates Realty Corp. announced the following transactions at its Westchester properties:

* Meyer Handelman Company has signed a 6,181 SF renewal lease at Reckson Executive Park in Rye Brook, N.Y. Chris O'Callaghan, of McCarthy O'Callaghan, represented the tenant in the transaction;

* Pinnacle Healthcare, Inc. has signed a 2,443 SF lease at Mount Pleasant Corporate Center in Valhalla, N.Y.;

* Shaw & Perelson, LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol  has signed a 1,154 SF lease at Mount Pleasant Corporate Center in Valhalla, N.Y.

Time Equities Inc. announced that Project GRAD has signed a five-year, 2,325 SF lease at 560 Broadway in New York City. Susanne Sunshine, of Time Equities, represented the tenant in the transaction. Donna Vogel, of Newmark & Co. Real Estate, represented the landlord.

Sinvin Realty Corp. announced that Symphony Cleaners and Kristy's Gallery have signed a joint, 2,039 SF lease at 520 W. 23rd St. in New York City. Bruce Sinder, president of Sinvin Realty Corp, represented all parties in the transaction.

Reckson Associates Realty Corp. announced that Pliva, Inc. has signed a 59,418 SF lease at its 72 Eagle Rock Ave. in East Hanover East Hanover is the name of the following places in the United States of America:

Cushman & Wakefield announced that the Unisys Corporation (company) Unisys Corporation - The company formed in 1984-5 when Burroughs Corporation merged with Sperry Corporation. This was when the phrase "dinosaurs mating" was coined.  has signed a 58,000 SF lease at 480 Gotham Parkway in Carlstadt, N.J. Lee Miller and Marc Graham, of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the landlord in the transaction. Jeff Kolodkin, of Grubb & Ellis, represented the tenant.

Julien J. Studley, Inc. announced that the Selective Insurance Company of America has signed a 17,488 SF lease at 72 Eagle Rock Ave. in East Hanover, N.J. Richard Gittleman, senior vice president of Julien J. Studley, and Arthur Flinn, associate, represented the tenant in the transaction. Joseph Caridi, of Reckson Associates Realty Corp., served as an in-house agent for the landlord.

The Kushner Companies announced that the Education Law Center has signed a 6,500 SF lease at 60 Park Place in Newark, N.J. Roger Steinhardt, of the Kushner Companies, represented the landlord in the transaction.

On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2.  announced the following transactions at Sono Corporate Center in Norwalk, Conn.:
