W&M Properties announced that Jefferies & Company, Inc. has signed a 23,268 SF expansion lease at Metro Center in Stamford, Conn. Jeffrey H. Newman, executive vice president of W&M Properties, JoAnn B. McGrath, vice president of leasing and marketing, and Kathleen A. Caracappa, senior leasing associate, represented the landlord in the transaction.

The Staubach Company announced that MJ Whitman has signed a 26,000 SF sublease at 622 Third Ave. in New York City New York City: see New York, city.

Robert K. Futterman & Associates announced that Forever 21 has signed a 25,000 SF lease at 40 E. 14th St. in New York City and a 20,000 SF lease at the Gallery at Fulton Street in Brooklyn, N.Y. Robert Futterman, chief executive officer of RKF RKF Rapid Knowledge Formation , represented the tenant in the transactions.

Insignia/ESG announced that Arch Insurance Company has signed an 18,041 SF sublease at One Liberty Plaza One Liberty Plaza is a skyscraper in lower Manhattan, New York, which resides at the location of the former Singer Building (in 1968, the second tallest building to be demolished). One Liberty Plaza is currently owned and operated by Brookfield Properties.  in New York City. Mark Ravesloot, Michael Monahan, Scott Sloves, Paul Jacobs, and Colin Reilly, of Insignia/ESG, represented the tenant in the transaction. Adam Foster and Doug Dolgoff represented the landlord.

* Association of Executive Search Consultants The Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC) is the worldwide professional body representing the retained executive search industry. Founded in 1959[1]  has signed a 3,025 SF lease at 12 E. 41st St. in New York City. Nicholas Sardone and Richard Sykes represented the tenant in the transaction. Howard Simson, of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the landlord.

Insignia/ESG announced that Coliseum. Books has signed an 11,000 SF lease at 11 W. 42nd St. in New York City. Andrew Goldberg and Eric Gelber, of Insignia/ESG, represented the landlord in the transaction.

CRESA Partners announced that Launch Radio Networks has signed a 6,505 SF lease at 58 W. 40th St. in New York City. CRESA Partners represented the tenant in the transaction. John Belt, principal of 58-64 West 40th Street Corp., served as an in-house representative for the landlord.

The Treeline Companies announced that the Bank of New York The Bank of New York, abbrieviated to BNY, was a global financial services company that existed until its merger with the Mellon Financial Corporation on July 2, 2007.[1] The bank now continues under the new name of The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation.  has signed a 4,500 SF lease at 188 Montague St. in Brooklyn, N.Y. Kraig Silver, senior vice president of the Treeline Companies, served as an inhouse representative for the landlord.

W&M Properties announced that Milde & Hoffberg, LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol  has signed a 2,988 SF renewal lease at Ten Bank St. in White Plains, N.Y. JoAnn B. McGrath, vice president of leasing and marketing at W&M Properties, and Laurie W. Russell, senior leasing associate, represented the landlord in the transaction. Rick Rakow, of Rakow Commercial Realty Group, represented the tenant.

Sinvin Realty Corp. announced that BF Capital Partners has signed a 1,900 SF lease at 120 Wooster in New York City. Susan Needles, of Sinvin Realty, represented the tenant in the transaction.

GVA Williams announced that Home Essentials & Beyond has signed a 300,000 SF sublease at 3001 Woodbridge Ave. in Edison, N.J. David Simson, president of GVA Williams, Joel Orenstein, senior vice president, and John T. Potter, assistant director, represented the landlord, the New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
 Times, in the transaction. Gary Green and Tom Nuara, of Resource Realty, represented the tenant.

CB Richard Ellis CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. NYSE: CBG is a multinational real estate corporation currently based in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.. On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2.  announced that Cambridge Silversmiths, Ltd. has signed a 106,800 SF sublease at 116 Lehigh Drive in Fairfield, N.J. Jeffrey Rosenberg, of CB Richard Ellis, represented the tenant in the transaction. Benjamin Katz, of Insignia/ESG, represented the sub-landlord.

CB Richard Ellis announced that Star Snacks has signed a 45,274 SF lease at 107 Industrial Ave. in Jersey City, N.J. William Waxman, Nick Nitti, Carrie Brown, and Kevin Walsh, of CB Richard Ellis, represented the landlord in the transaction. Alliance Real Estate represented the tenant.
