Ripco Real Estate Corp. announced that Petco Animal Supplies has signed a 15,000 SF lease at 2473 Broadway in New York City. Andrew Mandell and Brian Schuster, of Ripco Real Estate, represented the tenant in the transaction. Jerry Barr, of Bruce Watkins and Company, represented the landlord.

Hunter Realty Organization, LLC announced that Star City Clothing Company has signed a 10-year, 12,000 SF lease at 530 Seventh Ave. in New York City. Marc Schoen, of Hunter Realty, represented the tenant in the transaction. Grant Greenspan, of Kaufman Adler Realty, represented the landlord.

Plymouth Partners announced that O'Dwyer & Bernstien has signed a 10-year, 10,000 SF lease at 52 Duane St. in New York City. James Meiskin, president of Plymouth Partners, represented the tenant in the transaction.

Cushman & Wakefield announced the following transactions at the Fisk Building in New York City:

* Lifestyle Ventures, LLC has signed an 8,585 SF lease;

* Brighton Entertainment, Inc. has signed a five-year renewal lease.

* CRESA Partners announced that Content Film, Inc. has signed a five-year, 8,000 SF lease at 419 Lafayette St. in New York City. Michael Smith, senior vice president of CRESA Partners, and Garret Varricchio, associate, represented the tenant in the transaction.

GVA Williams announced the following leases at 28 W. 44th St. in New York City:

* The Segerdahl Corporation has signed a 2,100 SF lease;

* The Alliance for Lupus Research has signed a 3,250 SF lease;

* Exec/Comm has signed a 6,840 SF lease;

* Wilson Funding, Inc. has signed a 1,360 SF lease;

GVA Williams announced that Mangia has signed a 20-year, 4,553 SF lease at 22 W. 23rd St. in New York City. Michael Berger, director of GVA Williams, and Robert Getren, senior managing director, represented both parties in the transaction.
