Ripco Real Estate Corp. announced that Petco Animal Supplies has signed a 15,000 SF lease at 2473 Broadway in New York City New York City: see New York, city.

. Andrew Mandell and Brian Schuster, of Ripco Real Estate, represented the tenant in the transaction. Jerry Barr, of Bruce Watkins and Company, represented the landlord.

 announced that Star City Clothing Company has signed a 10-year, 12,000 SF lease at 530 Seventh Ave. in New York City. Marc Schoen, of Hunter Realty, represented the tenant in the transaction. Grant Greenspan, of Kaufman Adler Realty, represented the landlord.

Plymouth Partners announced that O'Dwyer & Bernstien has signed a 10-year, 10,000 SF lease at 52 Duane St. in New York City. James Meiskin, president of Plymouth Partners, represented the tenant in the transaction.

Harry Blair, senior director of GVA Williams, represented the landlord in the transactions.

Breslin Realty Breslin Realty, founded by Wilbur Breslin in the postwar years, is one of Long Island's largest real estate development and holding companies.

In 1994-95, Breslin Realty was to have gone public as an REIT, with its NYSE IPO underwritten by Merrill Lynch.
 Development Corporation announced that Micropower Computer Institute Was signed a five-year, 5,300 SF lease at 120 Commerce Drive in Hauppauge, N.Y. Robert Solimine, director of office leasing with Breslin Realty, served, as the broker in the transaction.

Insignia/ESG announced that the Summit Group Holdings has signed a 5,000 SF lease at 48 Wall St. in New York City. James Searl and Gerry Miovski, of Insignia/ESG, represented the tenant in the transaction. Robert Lowe and Jonathan Dean, of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the landlord.

GVA Williams announced that Mangia has signed a 20-year, 4,553 SF lease at 22 W. 23rd St. in New York City. Michael Berger, director of GVA Williams, and Robert Getren, senior managing director, represented both parties in the transaction.

Robert K. Futterman & Associates announced that Lacoste has signed a 15-year, 2,600 SF lease at 608 Fifth Ave. in New York City. Marc Finkel, of RKF RKF Rapid Knowledge Formation , represented the landlord in the transaction. Steven Greenberg Steven Greenberg may refer to:
