William Anson, of Anson & Berger, and Robert Connors, of Trammel Crow, represented the tenant in the transaction;

* Xand Corporation has signed a 46,078 SF renewal lease at 11 Skyline Drive

* Aramark Uniform and Career Apparel has signed a 16,300 SF lease at 3 Westchester Plaza in Elmsford, N.Y. Richard Leroy, of Delphi Properties, represented the tenant in the transaction.
