SageGroupAssociates, a division of Sage Realty Corporation, announced that the Carnegie Corporation of New York Carnegie Corporation of New York, foundation established (1911) to administer Andrew Carnegie's remaining personal fortune for philanthropic purposes. Initially endowed with $125 million, the foundation received another $10 million from the residual estate.  has renewed its lease for 35,650 SF of office space at 437 Madison Ave. for another 10 years. SageGroupAssociates managing directors Michael Lenchner and Gregory Gang represented the landlord in the transaction. Carnegie Corporation was represented by Mary Ann Tighe, now of CB Richard Ellis CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. NYSE: CBG is a multinational real estate corporation currently based in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.. On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2.  and Gregory Tosco, Ken Meyerson and David Hollander of Insignia/ESG.

CB Richard Ellis announced that Datastrip, Inc. has signed an 8,947 SF lease at 1 Waterview Drive in Shelton, Conn. Sean Cahill, Sean McDonnell, and Michael Dillion, of CB Richard Ellis, represented the tenant in the transaction.

Sierra Realty Corp. announced that Radioshack Corp. has signed a 10-year, 1,000 SF lease at 782 Lexington Ave. in New York City. Peter Braus and James Wacht, of Sierra Realty, represented the landlord in the transaction. Michelle Ball, of Insignia Douglas Elliman, represented the tenant.

Rose Associates, Inc. announced that Bully's New York has signed a 2,400 SF lease at 150 E. 44th St. in New York City. Bruce Spiegel, senior managing director of Rose Associates, served as an in-house representative for the landlord.

Robert K. Futterman and Associates announced that Yigal Azrouel has signed a 10-year, 3,500 SF lease at 408 W. 14th St. in New York City. Insignia/ESG announced that Valley National Bank of New York The Bank of New York, abbrieviated to BNY, was a global financial services company that existed until its merger with the Mellon Financial Corporation on July 2, 2007.[1] The bank now continues under the new name of The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation.  has signed a 3,448 SF lease at 776 Ave. of the Americas in New York City. Brad Mendelson, of Insignia/ESG, represented the tenant in the transaction. Allison Winters, Matthew Gorman, and David Green represented the landlord.

Insignia/ESG announced that Red Lobster has signed a 10-year, 14,513 SF lease at 5 Times Square in New York City. David Green and C. Bradley Mendelson, of Insignia/ESG, represented the landlord in the transaction. Andrew Mandel and Peter Ripka, of Ripco, represented the tenant.

NAI Friedland Realty, Inc. announced that Domino's Pizza, Inc. has completed the following transactions:

* A 1,500 SF lease at 900 Coney Island Ave. in Brooklyn, N.Y.;

* A 1,500 SF lease at 1590 Westchester Ave. in the Bronx;

* A 1,300 SF lease at 41 E. 167th St. in the Bronx;

* A 1,500 SF lease at 90-45 Corona Ave. in Corona, N.Y.;

* A 5,000 SF lease at 105-02 Merrick Boulevard in Jamaica, N.Y.

Cunningham, first vice president of GVA Williams, and Jamie Drummond, associate director, represented the tenant in the transaction. Tim Conklin represented the landlord.

Newmark Real Estate of New Jersey, L.L.C. announced that Falcon Packaging has signed a 20,865 SF lease at 19 Lexington Ave. in East Brunswick, N.J. David Saltzman, principal of Newmark New Jersey, represented both parties in the transaction.

The Kushner Companies announced that the FedEx Corporation has signed a 5,201 SF lease at 60 Park Place in Newark, N.J. Roger Steinhardt, director of the Kushner Companies, represented the landlord in the transaction.
