Katz & Associates announced that Galyan's Trading Company has signed a 108,000 SF lease adjacent to the Roosevelt Field Mall Roosevelt Field Mall is the largest shopping mall in the state of New York and ninth in the country as measured by gross leaseable area at 2,189,941 sq ft. (203,452 m²). Located in East Garden City on Long Island, the anchors of the 270 store mall are: Bloomingdale's, JC Penney,  in Garden City, N.Y. Katz & Associates represented the tenant in the transaction.

 announced that PSI has signed a 10-year, 85,000 SF lease at 60-01 31st Ave. in Queens, N.Y. Larry Smith, executive vice president of Sholom & Zuckerbrot, represented the landlord in the transaction. Howard Kessler, of Newmark Real Estate, represented the tenant.

Cushman & Wakefield announced that L.A. Fitness has signed a 65,000 SF lease at 1111 Marcus Ave. in Lake Success, N.Y. David Leviton, of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the landlord in the transaction. Brian Schuster, of Ripco Realty, represented the tenant.

Hunter Realty Organization, LLC announced that Star City Clothing Company has signed a 13,955 SF expansion lease at 530 Seventh Ave. in New York City New York City: see New York, city.

Insignia/ESG announced that McGinn Smith has signed an 11,725 SF sublease at 45 Broadway in New York City. Howard Bressler, of Insignia/ESG, represented. the tenant in the transaction. Grubb & Ellis represented the sub-landlord.

Madison HGCD announced that Coach has signed a 5,200 SF lease at AOL (A division of Time Warner, Inc., New York, NY, www.aol.com) The world's largest online information service with access to the Internet, e-mail, chat rooms and a variety of databases and services.  Time Warner Center The Time Warner Center is a mixed-use skyscraper developed by The Related Companies in New York City. Its design, by David Childs and Mustafa Kemal Abadan of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, consists of two 229 m (750 ft) towers bridged by a multi-story atrium containing upscale retail  in New York City. Madison HGCD served as the broker in the transaction.

The Lansco Corporation announced that Art et Maison has signed a 4,500 SF lease at 31 North Moore St. in New York City. Roger E. Eulau, senior director of the Lansco Corporation, and Robin Abrams, executive vice president, represented the tenant in the transaction. Rafe Evans, of Walker Malloy, represented the landlord.

Georgia Malone & Co. announced that Manhattan G.I Associates has signed a 10-year, 2,500 SF lease at 38 E. 57th St. in New York City. Kal Frain, sales associate with Georgia Malone, represented the tenant in the transaction. Mitchell Waldman, of J.W. Burke & Co., represented the landlord.

NEW JERSEY

Insignia/ESG announced that Tyco International Ltd. has signed a seven-year, 146,000 SF sublease at 9 and 7 Roszel Road in West Windsor, N.J. Raymond A. Sohmer, executive director of Insignia/ESG represented the sub-landlord in the transaction.

GVA Williams announced that Sedgwick, Detert, Moran & Arnold has signed a 23,243 SF sublease at 3 Gateway Center in Newark, N.J. Bryn Cinque, senior vice president of GVA Williams, and Jim Bailey, associate director, represented the sub-landlord in the transaction. Steve Fleming and J.C. Giordano, of the Staubach Company, represented the tenant.

Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC announced that Kinko's, Inc. has signed a 3,500 SF lease at Linwood Plaza in Fort Lee, N.J. Barry Fishbach, of RKF RKF Rapid Knowledge Formation , represented both parties.
