Reckson Associates announced that Fujicolor Processing, Inc. has signed a 20,400 SF lease at its 120 White Plains Road building in White Plains, N.Y. Paul Myers, Al Gutierrez, Frank Tomasulo, and Paul Hoffman, of CB Richard Ellis, represented the tenant in the transaction.

The Rudin Family announced the following transactions at its properties:

* Professional Access Ltd. has signed a 10,105 SF lease at the New York Information Technology Center in New York City. Burt Miller, of Murray Hill Properties, represented the tenant in the transaction;

* Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC announced that Citarella has signed a 10-year, 9,937 SF lease at 424 Ave. of the Americas in New York City. Robert E. Kinsey, director of RKF, and Robert K. Sinvin Realty Corp announced that Atmosphere Home Inc. has signed a 10-year, 8,500 SF lease at 121 Wooster St. in New York City. Plymouth Partners announced that Jeffrey M.
