Derrick Ades, Ken Meyerson, and Bruce Weinberg, of Insignia/ESG, represented the tenant in the transaction. Keith Caggiano, Jon Zuckerman, and Stephen B. Siegel represented the landlord.

* Cingular Wireless has signed a 10-year, 2,115 SF lease. William Melville and Douglas Zinn, of the Lansco Corporation, represented the tenant in the transaction.

Tom Bow, senior vice president of leasing with the Durst Organization, served as an in-house agent for the landlord.

NEW JERSEY

Loeb & Loeb LLP announced that the Furniture King has signed a 113,000 SF lease at 467 M Building in Edison, N.J. Michael B. Kinney, of Loeb & Loeb, represented the tenant in the transaction.

NAI See Network Associates.  James E. Hanson, Inc. announced that the Cerebral Palsy of North Jersey Foundation has signed a 4,300 SF lease at 415 Hamburg Turnpike in Wayne, N.J. Hal B. Messer, of NAI James E. Hanson, negotiated this transaction.

CONNECTICUT

Cushman & Wakefield announced that Tauck World. Discovery has signed a 42,700 SF lease at 10 Norden Place in Norwalk, Conn. Trip Hoffman and Jodie Dostal, of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the landlord in the transaction. Brian Higgins and Peter Hennessy, of the Staubach Company, represented the tenant.
