Insignia/ESG announced that Endo Pharmaceuticals has signed a 24,190 SF lease at 177 Cantiague Rock Road in Westbury, N.Y. Aileen Green, of Insignia/ESG, represented the tenant in the transaction.

Sinvin Realty Corp. announced that Troy has singed a 15-year, 17,300 SF lease at Chelsea Terminal Warehouse in New York City. Sinvin Realty served as the broker in the transaction.
