Cushman & Wakefield announced that Arent Fox Kintner Plotkin & Kahn, PLLC has signed an 86,215 SF lease at 1675 Broadway in New York City. Mitchell Konsker and Matthew Astrachan, of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the tenant in the transaction. Lou Somoza, senior vice president of Rudin Management Company, and William C. Rudin, president, served as in-house agents for the landlord.

CB Richard Ellis announced that Regent Business Centers, LLC has signed a 33,000 SF sublease at 787 Seventh Ave. in New York City. Roger Griswold, senior vice president of CB Richard Ellis, represented the tenant in the transaction.

Loeh & Loeb LLP announced that Borders, Inc. has signed a 26,000 SF lease at AOL Time Warner Center in New York City. Michael B. Kinney and Kathy Liu, of Loeb & Loeb, represented the tenant in the transaction.

Insignia/ESG announced that Endo Pharmaceuticals has signed a 24,190 SF lease at 177 Cantiague Rock Road in Westbury, N.Y. Aileen Green, of Insignia/ESG, represented the tenant in the transaction.

Sinvin Realty Corp. announced that Troy has singed a 15-year, 17,300 SF lease at Chelsea Terminal Warehouse in New York City. Sinvin Realty served as the broker in the transaction.

Cushman & Wakefield announced that 4YOU has signed a 10-year, 9,581 SF lease at AOL Time Warner Center in New York City. Alan Napack, director of Cushman & Wakefield, served as the broker in the transaction.

Brookfield Properties Corporation announced that Eckerd has signed a 10-year, 9,000 SF lease at its Four World Financial Center building in New York City. Esther Bukai, of Ripco Real Estate, represented the tenant in the transaction. Ed Hogan represented the landlord.

Colliers ABR announced that Independence Community Bank has signed a 15-year, 3,729 SF lease at 550 Fifth Ave. in New York City. Mark P. Insignia/ESG announced that State Farm Mutual Auto Insurance Company has signed a 117,000 SF lease at 35 Melanie Lane in East Hanover, N.J. Benjamin Katz and Richard Danesi, of Insignia/ESG, negotiated this transaction.

Cushman & Wakefield announced that Affiliated Computer Services has signed a 50,600 SF lease at 375 McCarter Highway in Newark, N.J. Edwin H. Cohen, executive director of Cushman & Wakefield, and David N. Stifelman, director, represented the tenant in the transaction. Christian M. Benedetto Jr., of National Redevelopment, represented the landlord.

CONNECTICUT

Colliers ABR, Inc. announced that Ascent Media / Group has signed a 10year, 145,000 SF lease at Harbor Plaza in Stamford, Conn. Stephen J.
