Albert B. Ashforth, Inc. announced that Benfield Blanch has signed a 38,260 SF lease at Nyala Farms Corporate Center in Westport, Conn.

Adams & Co. Real Estate, LLC announced the following transactions at 10 W. 33rd St. in New York City:

* Frenz Group, LLC has signed a 1,256 SF lease;

* Vx Intimate Studio Inc. has signed a 1,092 SF lease. Peter Incorvaia, of Manhattan Commercial Realty Corp., represented the tenant in the transaction;

* Innovo Inc. has signed a 2,273 SF lease;

* Goldstone Hosiery Company, Inc. has signed a 7,305 SF renewal lease;

* M. Hidary & Co. Inc. has signed a 3,735 SF renewal lease;
