 Williams announced that North Fork Bank North Fork Bank was an American bank headquartered in Melville, New York purchased by Capital One at the end of 2006 for $14.6 billion U.S. dollars. The Staubach Company announced that New York City Police Pension Fund has signed a 15-year, 56,000 SF lease at 233 Broadway in New York City. Patrick Robinson, Peter Hennessy, and Natasha Szarkowski, of the Staubach Company, represented the tenant in the transaction. George Stone represented the landlord, the Witkoff Group.

Rudin Management announced the following transactions at its properties:

* Cap Gemini Ernst & Young has signed a 53,000 SF renewal lease at 55 Broad St. in New York City. Sam Clark, of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the tenant in the transaction;

* Vision LP has signed a 14,000 SF renewal lease at One Whitehall St. in New York City. Kenneth Rapp and Kevin Danehy, of CB Richard Ellis CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. NYSE: CBG is a multinational real estate corporation currently based in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.. On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2. , represented the tenant in the transaction. Gene Baumstein and Tom Keating represented the landlord.

Reckson Associates Realty Corp. announced that D&B has signed a 123,000 SF lease at its 103 JFK Parkway property in Short Hills, N.J. John Sarkisian, senior managing director of Insignia/ESG, Robert Rudin, executive managing director, and Sam Buckley, managing director, represented the tenant in the transaction.

Julien J. Studley Inc. announced that Enzon Inc. has signed an 18,809 SF lease at 685 202/206 in Bridgewater, N.J. Thomas V. Giannone, senior vice president of Julien J. Studley, Ronald Ganter, corporate managing director, James Schroeder, managing director, and Robert Bull, corporate managing director, represented the tenant in the transaction.
