Reckson Associates Realty Corp. announced that Wenner Bread Products, Inc. has signed a 72,000 SF lease at its building at 2001 Orville Drive in Melville, N.Y.

Newmark & Company Real Estate announced that the New York Mortgage Company LLC has signed a 62,600 SF sublease at 1301 Ave. of the Americas in New York City. Dan Rapaport, of Newmark & Company, represented the tenant in the transaction.

Rothwood Real Estate Services, Inc. announced that Gold Coast Vendors has signed a 30,000 SF sub-lease in Island Park, N.Y. Neil Schorr, senior vice president of Rothwood Real Estate, represented the tenant in the transaction. Ken Roth, president, represented the sub-landlord.
