Robert K. Futterman & Associates announced that General Vision Services has signed a 10-year, 1,280 SF lease at 3416 Jerome Ave. in the Bronx. David Rosenberg, executive vice president of RKF RKF Rapid Knowledge Formation , and Richard Senior, associate director, represented the tenant in the transaction.
