Cushman & Wakefield announced that First Data Corp. has signed a 27,326 SF lease at Southport Plaza in Staten Island, N.Y. Richard Kennedy, John Picco, and Heather Sloan, of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the landlord, Southport, LLC, in the transaction.

Sholom & Zuckerbrot Realty announced that Equilink Capital Partners LLC has signed a 2,600 SF lease at 125 Michael Drive in Jericho, N.Y. Michael Oestreich, of Nationwide Property Consultant, Inc., represented the tenant in the transaction. Franklin S. Zuckerbrot, of Sholom & Zuckerbrot, represented the landlord, Octagon.

Insignia/ESG announced the following transactions:

* Starbucks Coffee has signed a ten-year, 1,300 SF lease at 115 Broadway in New York City. David A. Green, Bradley Mendelson, and Loren Baron, of Insignia/ESG, represented the landlord, Capital Properties, in the transaction. David Firestein, of NW Atlantic Partners, represented the tenant;

* Colortek Photo has signed a 12-year, 1,200 SF lease at 71 Broadway in New York City. David A. Green, Bradley Mendelson, and Loren Baron represented both parties in the transaction.

Greiner-Maltz Management Co. announced that BMW of North America has signed a 3,700 SF lease at 157 Chamber St. in New York City. Dick Maltz, of Greiner-Maltz Management, represented the landlord in the transaction. Evan Lavery, of CB Richard Ellis, represented the tenant.

The Lansco Corporation announced that St. Andrews Textile Inc. has signed a 10-year, 4,639 SF lease at 1410 Broadway in New York City. David Hopkins, senior managing director of The Lansco Corporation, represented the tenant in the transaction. Bruce Block, of L.H. Charney Associates, served as an in-house representative for the landlord.

Coldwell Banker Commercial/Feist & Feist Realty Corp. announced that Meyer Decorative Services has signed a 42,000 SF lease at 12 Gardner Road in Fairfield, N.J.
