W&M Properties announced that High-Point Rendel has signed a five-year, 2,331 SF renewal lease at 100 First Stamford Place in Stamford, Conn. Jeffrey H. Newman, executive vice president of W&M Properties, JoAnn B. McGrath, vice president of leasing and marketing, and Laurie A. Wade, senior leasing associates, represented the landlord in the transaction.

Bondy & Schloss LLP has signed a 10-year, 12,058 SF lease at the Lincoln Building at 60 E. 42nd St. in New York City. Kevin Driscoll represented both parties in the transaction.

Newmark & Company Real Estate, Inc. announced that Bower, Sanger & Lawrence has signed a 17,714 SF long-term lease at 261 Madison Ave. in New Yor'k City. William G. Cohen and Matthew T. Leon, Esq., of Newmark, represented the landlord, Zar Real Estate, in the transaction.

Cushman & Wakefield announced that Wall Street Planning has signed an 18,275 SF expansion lease at 48 Wall St. in New York City. Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Swig Burns Equities, in the transaction. Ray Sauerbrey, of Dalton Reid, LLC, and William S. Hocking, of William S. Hocking Realty Services, represented the tenant.

Julien J. Studley, Inc. announced that Commodity Futures Trading Commission has signed a 10-year, 39,363 SF sublease at 140 Broadway in New York City. Marc Shapses, senior managing director at Julien J. Studley, Stephen B. Goldstein, senior executive vice president, Thomas Fulcher, senior vice president, and David Lipson, senior managing director, represented the tenant in the transaction.

Newmark New Spectrum announced that Duane Reade has signed a lease at 54H Myrtle Ave. in Ridgewood, N.Y. Mitch Weiss and Ezra Saff, of Newmark New Spectrum, represented the landlord, Joseph Patel, in the transaction.

Sutton & Edwards Inc. announced that Israeloff, Trattner & Co. has signed a long-term, 15,000 SF lease at Franklin Avenue Plaza in Garden City, N.Y.
