USI Real Estate Advisors, LLC announced that RBC Dam Rauscher Corporation has signed a 60,000 SF lease at 1211 Ave. of the Americas in New York City. Robert B. Emden, vice chairman of USI Real Estate, and Gerard Pico, vice president, represented the tenant in the transaction. Mitch Arkin and John Picco, of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the landlord.

Insignia/ESG announced that Opal Lounge has signed a 19,186 SF lease at NoLita Place in New York City. Matthew Gorman and David A. Green, of Insignia/ESG, represented the landlord in the transaction.

Midtown Commercial Real Estate announced that Cassin Cassin & Joseph LLP has signed an 18,036 SF sublease at 711 Third Ave. in New York City. Paul Stern and Bill Mcintyre, of Midtown Commercial, represented the tenant in the transaction. Richard Plehn and Michael A. Witmondt, of GVA Williams, and Michael B. Liss, of Trammell Crow, represented the sub-landlord.

Insignia/ESG announced that Maxim Group, LLC has signed a 10-year, 13,250 SF lease at 99 Sunnyside Boulevard in Woodbury, N.Y. Rober Seidenberg, managing director of Insignia! ESG, and, Ralph Guiffre, associate, represented the tenant in the transaction. Philip Wachtler, of the Tilles Companies, served as an in-house representative for the landlord.

Reckson Associates Realty Corp. announced the following transactions at its 360 Hamilton Ave. building in White Plains, N.Y.:

* StanCorp Financial Group Inc. has signed a 13,075 SF lease. George Braun, of George Braun Associates, LLC, represented the tenant in the transaction;

* Premier Home Health Care Services, Inc. has signed a 10,507 SF lease. Ken Dardis, of Reliance Property Group, represented the tenant in the transaction.

Cushman & Wakefield announced that Katerman & Taub P.C. has signed an 11,500 SF sublease at Three Park Ave. in New York City. Harry Greeley and Erik Novoa, of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the tenant in the transaction. Nick Sardone and Richard Sykes, of Cresa Partners, represented the sub-landlord.

The Lansco Corporation announced that Talbots has signed a 9,780 SF lease at 527 Madison Ave. in New York City. Alan Victor, executive vice president of the Lansco Corporation, represented the tenant in 'the transaction. Ed Goldman and Gary Trock, of Insignia! ESG, represented the landlord.

LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton has subleased 5,300 SF of retail space at 598 Madison Ave. on the northwest corner of East 57th Street to Montblanc North America, Inc.

The long-term lease -- the first consummated since LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton net leased the property from the Goldman estate and began an extensive renovation that is now nearing completion - was announced by Colliers ABR, Inc., the building's leasing and managing agent.

Mark P. Boisi, chairman, and Alexandra Frangos, senior managing director, Retail Brokerage Division, of Colliers ABR represented LVMH, Inc. in the 10-year leasing transaction while Robert Cohen of Robert K. Futterman & Associates represented Montblanc.

Garrick-Aug Worldwide, Ltd. announced that the Brown Cup has signed a 10-year, 3,000 SF lease at 334 Eighth Ave. in New York City: Faith Hope Consolo, vice chairman of Garrick-Aug, Joseph A. Aquino, managing director, and Jason Pacilli, leasing consultant, represented the landlord in the transaction.

Robert K. Futterman & Associates announced that General Nutrition Center has signed a 10year, 2,200 SF lease at 1417 Kings Highway in Brooklyn, N.Y.
