The Lansco Corporation announced that Talbots has signed a 9,780 SF lease at 527 Madison Ave. in New York City. Alan Victor, executive vice president of the Lansco Corporation, represented the tenant in 'the transaction. Ed Goldman and Gary Trock, of Insignia! ESG, represented the landlord.

LVMH LVMH Moët Hennessy-Louis Vuitton (upscale retailer)  Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton has subleased 5,300 SF of retail space at 598 Madison Ave. on the northwest corner of East 57th Street to Montblanc North America, Inc.

Robert K. Futterman & Associates announced that General Nutrition Center has signed a 10year, 2,200 SF lease at 1417 Kings Highway in Brooklyn, N.Y. NAI See Network Associates.  James E. Hanson, Inc. announced that Marchioro USA, Inc. has signed a 73,000 SF lease at 45 Mayhill St. in Saddle Brook, N.J. Andrew Somple, vice president of NAI James E. Hanson, Jeff DeMagistris, associate, and Thomas Vetter, associate, represented the landlord in the transaction. Strategic Alliance Partners represented the tenant.

The Gale Company announced that Internal Revenue Service has signed a 42,687 SF lease at One Newark Center in Newark, N.J. David Sherman and Marc Trevisan, of Insignia/ESG, represented the tenant in the transaction. Tim Greiner, vice president of leasing with the Gale Company, served as an in-house representative for the landlord.

CONNECTICUT

W&M Properties announced that XL Weather & Energy, Inc. has signed an 18,540 SF expansion lease at 100 First Stamford Place in Stamford, Conn. Jeffrey H.
