Goldschmidt and Associates announced that Kate's Paperie has signed a 4,800 SF lease on Greenwich Ave. in Greenwich, Conn. Pam Bren Goldschmidt, of Goldschmidt and Associates, represented the landlord in the transaction. Joanne Podell, of Newmark New Spectrum, represented the tenant.

Josh Segal Realty Group, LLC announced that 6th Street Equities, LLC and 9th Street Equities, LLC have signed leases totaling 235,000 SF at 88 Kent Ave. and 100 Kent Ave. in Brooklyn, N.Y. Josh Segal, of Josh Segal Realty, represented the landlords, Levine Builders and 4G's Truck Renting, in the transactions.

Insignia/ESG announced the following transactions:

* Structural Industries, Inc. has signed a 28,000 SF lease at 300 Karin Lane in Hicksville, N.Y.;

* Wilsonart International, Inc. has signed a 40,000 SF lease at 250 Karin Lane in Hicksville, N.Y. Greiner-Maltz Company represented the tenant in the transaction.

Insignia/ESG represented the landlord in both transactions.

Insignia/ESG announced that Exit Art has signed a 10-year, 17,000 SF lease at 475 Tenth Ave. in New York City. Stephen Eynon and Robert Rosenberg, of Insignia/ESG, represented the tenant in the transaction. Gary Alterman, of Newmark New Spectrum, represented the landlord.

Brody Realty Corp. announced that Ace Hardware Home Centers has signed a 16,700 SF lease at 5125 Merrick Road in Massapequa Massapequa (măsəpēk`wə), uninc. city (1990 pop. 22,018), Nassau co., SE N.Y., on the south shore of Long Island. It is chiefly residential. Park, N.Y. Gary Brody, of Brody Realty, and Stu Kramer, of First Development Corp., served as the brokers in this transaction.

Winoker Realty announced that Anna Sui has signed a 16,000 SF lease at 250 W. 39th St. in New York City. Ira Fishman, of Winoker Realty, represented the landlord in the transaction.

Ripco Real Estate Corp. announced that Petco Animal Supplies has signed a 15,000 SF lease at 2473 Broadway in New York City. Andrew Mandell and Brian Schuster, of Ripco Real Estate, represented the tenant in the transaction. Jerry Barr, of Bruce Watkins and Company, represented the landlord.

Sholom & Zuckerbrot Realty LLC announced that CVS has signed a 13,000 SF lease at the Hillside Plaza in Queens, N.Y. Franklin Zuckerbrot, executive vice president of Sholom & Zuckerbrot, represented both parties in the transaction.

Colliers ABR, Inc. announced the following transactions at 485 Lexington Ave. in New York City:

* Duane Reade has signed a 7,141 SF renewal lease. Jeff Winick, of Winick Realty, represented the tenant in the transaction;

* Cohen Fashion Optical has signed a 2,050 SF renewal lease. Susan Goldberg represented the tenant in the transaction.

Robert L. Billingsley, David L. Hoffman, and Wendy Miller, of Colliers ABR, represented the landlord in both transactions.

 Management Corporation has signed a 2,759 SF lease;

* Silchester Silchester (sĭl`chĭstər), village, Hampshire, S England. It is noted for the ruins of the Roman-British town Calleva Atrebatum. The outside walls (2,760 yd/2,524 m in circumference), forum, amphitheater, and entire plan of the city, including baths and several temples, were revealed through excavations beginning in the 1890s. International Investors, Inc. has signed a 2,264 SF lease;

* Tudor Investment Corporation has signed a 3,999 SF lease;

* Westdeutsche Immobilien Bank has signed a 2,953 SF lease;

* State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company has signed a 2,394 SF lease;

* Heisei Minerals Corporation has signed a 1,334 SF lease.

Murray Hill Properties announced the following transactions:

* Cutone & Co., Inc. has signed a 5,077 SF lease at 111 Broadway in New York City. William Berkis, senior managing director of Murray Hill, represented the tenant in the transaction. Gerald Friedman, of Insignia/ESG, represented the landlord;

* Laboratory Institute of Merchandising has signed a 4,500 SF lease at 226 E. 54th St. in New York City. William Berkis represented the tenant in the transaction. Neil Polon, of Empire Management, represented the landlord.

Weichert Commercial Brokerage announced that Snapple Beverage Group has signed a 453,070 SF lease on Blair Road in Woodbridge, N.J. David M. Fisher, senior vice president of Weichert Commercial, and Joseph Puleo, sales associate, represented the tenant in the transaction.

GVA Williams announced that Schulmberger/Sema has signed a 49,147 SF sublease at 194 Wood Ave. South in Iselin, N.J. David Simson, John Potter, Robert Romano, Robert Brennen, and Kenneth Abrabams, of GVA Williams, represented the landlord in the transaction.

Jones Lang LaSalle announced that EDS Information Systems has signed a four-year, 17,880 SF lease at 515 Union Boulevard in Totowa, N.J. John D. Ryan III, Rachel Overton, and Michelle Vitanzo, of Jones Lang LaSalle, represented the tenant in the transaction. John Krok, Kevin Welsh, and Scott Lawliss, of CB Richard Ellis, represented the landlord.
