* The Jermone Group, Inc. has signed a 14,980 SF renewal lease at 305 Harper Drive in Moorestown, N.J. Kathleen P. Sweeney, of Brandywine Realty, served as an in-house representative for the landlord;

* Gallagher Bassett Services, Inc. has signed a 10,024 SF lease at 309 Fellowship Road in Mt. Laurel, N.J. CB Richard Ellis CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. NYSE: CBG is a multinational real estate corporation currently based in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.. On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2.  represented the tenant in the transaction. Kathleen P. Sweeney represented the landlord.

Weiss Realty has just moved its offices to the Empire Office Centre II, a 96,000 sq ft, 5-story, class "A" steel and glass building, located in the heart of the New Jersey Meadowlands at 250 Moonachie Road, Moonachie, N.J. Weiss, the building's exclusive leasing agent, first sold the property to a private investment group as the second of three transactions totaling $20 million.

Donald Sperling, managing director of Insignia/ESG, Marc Trevisan, senior managing director, James Frank, senior managing director, and Jeffrey Babikian, senior managing director, represented both parties in the transaction.
