Insignia/ESG announced that Western Union Financial Service Inc. has signed a 15-year, 4,242 SF lease at 1440 Broadway in New York City. Eric Gelber and Matthew Gorman, of Insignia/ESG, represented both parties in the transaction.

T. Weiss Realty Corp. announced the following transactions at 1160 East Jericho Turnpike it Huntington, N.Y.:

* Chiropractic Lower Back Pain Center has signed a five-year, 772 SF lease;

* Commerce Capital has signed a three-year, 1,042 SF renewal lease;

* Jarchin Group has signed a two-year, 1,900 SF renewal lease;

* And Land Baron Abstract Company has signed a three-year, 1,151 SF renewal lease.

Julien J. Studley Inc. has completed a 32,492-SF expansion for law firm Kenyon & Kenyon at 1 Broadway in lower Manhattan. Kenyon & Kenyon assigned the space from Bessemer Trust Co. Senior managing director Marc Shapses represented Bessemer and Kenyon & Kenyon in this transaction. Jonathan Mechanic, real estate partner with Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson, served as legal counsel for Kenyon & Kenyon.

Cushman & Wakefield announced that Rubin Fiorella & Friedman LLC, a New York law firm with operations in Manhattan and White Plains has signed a direct 10-year, 10,536-SF lease for the entire l1th floor at 292 Madison Ave. C&W senior director Jonathan Buchman represented Rubin Fiorella & Friedman in the transaction.

CMS Innovative Consultants, prominent audio visual design consultant headquartered in Melville NY, is pleased to be involved in a major A V project for John Wiley & Sons. The publishing firm will be relocating in the early summer to 400,000 SF at Waterfront Corporate Center in Hoboken NJ. CMS is coordinating its efforts with the architectural finn of Hellmuth Obata & Kassahaum.

The National Student Nurses' Association and the Foundation of the NSNA moved their headquarters from Manhattan's West Side to 45 Main St. in the burgoning DUMBO section of Brooklyn. David Walentas, president of Two Trees Management recently made the announcement.

Goldstein & Associates Realty Inc. represented Dr. Bennett L. Solnick and Dr. Sonia Kulchycky in the leasing of 1,860 SF on the third f1oor of 30 Glenn St. in White Plains. Goldstein dso represented Plawski hiropractic and Rehabiliation, LLC in the leasing of 1,060 SF on the first floor in the Fortune Office building at 280 North Central Ave. in Hartsdale. Goldstein represented the landlord and tenant in both transactions.

* Insignia/ESG, Inc. announced that BMW of North America has signed a 38,000 SF lease at 300 Tice Boulevard in Woodcliff Lake, N.J. Jeffrey Babikian, senior managing director of Insignia/ESG, and Robert Rudin, executive managing director, represented the tenant in the transaction.

Brandywine Realty Trust announced the following transactions:

* Sun RX, Inc. has signed a 15,000 SF lease at 6 Executive Campus in Cherry Hill, N.J. Weichert Realtors represented the tenant in the transaction. Bryant Hill, of Brandywine Realty, served as an in-house representative for the landlord;

* The Jermone Group, Inc. has signed a 14,980 SF renewal lease at 305 Harper Drive in Moorestown, N.J. Kathleen P. Sweeney, of Brandywine Realty, served as an in-house representative for the landlord;

* Gallagher Bassett Services, Inc. has signed a 10,024 SF lease at 309 Fellowship Road in Mt. Laurel, N.J. CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant in the transaction. Kathleen P. Sweeney represented the landlord.

Weiss Realty has just moved its offices to the Empire Office Centre II, a 96,000 sq ft, 5-story, class "A" steel and glass building, located in the heart of the New Jersey Meadowlands at 250 Moonachie Road, Moonachie, N.J. Weiss, the building's exclusive leasing agent, first sold the property to a private investment group as the second of three transactions totaling $20 million.
