Cushman & Wakefield announced that The Associated Press has signed a 15-year, 290,773 SF lease at 450 W. 33rd St. in New York City. Mitchell Konsker, executive vice president of Cushman & Wakefield, and David Dusek, director, represented the tenant. Anthony Westreich, Peter Riguardi, and Cynthia Wasserberg, of Jones Lang LaSalle, represented the landlord.

Newmark & Company Real Estate announced that the New York Mortgage Company LLC has signed a 62,600 SF sublease at 1301 Ave. of the Americas in New York City. Dan Rapaport, of Newmark & Company, represented the tenant in the transaction.

Rothwood Real Estate Services, Inc. announced that Gold Coast Vendors has signed a 30,000 SF sub-lease in Island Park, N.Y. Neil Schorr, senior vice president of Rothwood Real Estate, represented the tenant in the transaction. Ken Roth, president, represented the sub-landlord.

Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC announced that Forever 21 Retail, Inc. has signed a 25,000 SF lease at 50 W. 34th St. in New York City. Robert K. Futterman, chief executive officer of RKF, and Howard Gilbert, senior managing director, represented both parties in the transaction.

Colliers ABR announced that Whitman Education Group has signed a 22,000 SF lease at 333 Westchester Ave. in White Plains, N.Y. Stephen J. Riker, vice chairman of Colliers ABR, and Michael Norris, managing director, represented the landlord in the transaction. PRG Realty Partners and Jaymar Corp. represented the tenant.

Cushman & Wakefield announced that Healy & Baillie has signed a 20,320 SF lease at 61 Broadway in New York City. Gus Field, Rob Lowe, Patrick Heeg, and John Cefaly, of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the tenant in the transaction. Nathanael Pennington, of Cushman & Wakefield, along with Frank Cento, John Wheeler, and Christopher Krantz, of Jones Lang LaSalle, represented the landlord.

ATCO announced that Mitchell, Maxwell & Jackson, Inc. has signed a 10-year, 9,799 SF lease at 546 Fifth Ave. in New York City. John K. Adams & Company Real Estate announced that photographers Ric Cohn and Dennis Gottlieb have signed a 10-year, 5,000 SF lease at 28 W. 25th St. in New York City.
