Leases signed at 1410 Broadway. (Retail New York).


Textile brokers Textile Import Corporation, William Gilbey, O-Z Fabrics and Agri Capital have all signed 10-year leases for a combined 19,000 SF of space at 1410 Broadway, on the southeast corner of 39th Street. The tenants are scheduled to occupy portions of four floors (6, 14, 17 and 22) of the building this January, when the companies move from their 135 West 50th St. location.
