Leases on Long Island.Wilbur F. Breslin, president of Breslin Realty Breslin Realty, founded by Wilbur Breslin in the postwar years, is one of Long Island's largest real estate development and holding companies. In 1994-95, Breslin Realty was to have gone public as an REIT, with its NYSE IPO underwritten by Merrill Lynch. Development Corp., announced that Robert A. Weil of his office negotiated the following three leases: * Showbiz Pizza Time D/B/A D/B/A Doing Business As Chuck E. Cheese has signed a long term lease for the 15,000-square-foot former Bobby Rubino Restaurant at 121 Sunrise Highway, Patchogue, Long Island, New York New York, state, United States New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of . Showbiz, a national restaurant chain that features children's games and rides, re-entered the Long Island market after more than a decade. Total aggregate rental is approximately $5 million. Chuck E. Thomasville opened for business Jan. 8, 1993, making this the third Thomasville Gallery on Long Island. Total aggregate rental will be approximately $3.75 million. Robert A. Weil, of Breslin Realty Development Corp. represented J & M Coram Associates. * EGS EGS European Geophysical Society EGS European Graduate School EGS El Goonish Shive (webcomic) EGS Environmental Goods and Services EGS Employment Guarantee Scheme (UK) EGS EOS Ground System Restaurant Corp. and Kusewich Realty Inc. signed a 15-year lease for the former Pendeltons Pub at 1002 Hempsread, Turnpike turnpike, road paid for partly or wholly by fees collected from travelers at tollgates.
