Amish Market has signed a 12-year, 4,000 SF lease at the Ocean on 1 West St. in New York City. Newmark New Spectrum's Craig Slosberg represented the Amish Market in the transaction. In-house real estate broker Joshua Zamir and RIPCO Realty's Andrew Mandell represented the landlord, the Moinian Group.

CBG Investment Advisors, Inc., a subsidiary of CBG Banking Corporation Geneva, has signed a six-year, 2,837 SF lease for a new regional headquarters at 500 Mamaroneck Ave. Jeffrey H. Newman, executive vice president of W&M Properties, JoAnn B. McGrath, vice president of leasing and marketing, and Laurie A. Wade, senior leasing associate, represented the landlord in the transaction.

In a transaction arranged by Newmark & Company Real Estate, Inc.'s Long Island office, Empire Industrial Systems Corp. has leased 5,000 SF of warehouse space at 550 Brook Ave. in Deer Park, N.Y. Michael Hagen was the broker in the transaction.

The company will relocate its headquarters to the new facility.

The World Trade Centers Association has signed a 6,276 SF lease for the 19th floor of the Lincoln Building at 60 E. 42nd St. Vincent Sangiovanni, of Credit Suisse First Boston Realty Corp., represented the tenant in the transaction. John Sinon represented the owner.

ProCeryon Biosciences has signed a five-year, 3,000 SF lease for the eighth floor of The Fisk Building. Barbara Craig, of Newmark New Spectrum, represented the tenant, and George Fabian, of HelmsleySpear Inc., represented the owner.

The State of New York's Office of the Court of Claims signed a 37,275 SF lease on the 10th floor of 26 Broadway. James Kuhn and Brian Waterman, of Newmark & Company Real Estate, Inc., represented the tenant in the transaction. Caleb and David Koeppel, of the Koeppel Companies LLC, represented the landlord, Constitution Realty.

In a transaction arranged by Newmark & Company Real Estate, Inc., the law firm of McLaughin & Stem LLP has leased an additional 10,000 SF of office space at 260 Madison Ave. in New York City. William G. Cohen and Matthew T. Leon, Esq. represented both parties in the transaction.

The Biddle Sawyer Group has signed a 10-year, 11,885 SF lease for the 11th floor of 21 Penn Plaza. in New York City. William D. Mendelson and Matthew Feigen, of Newmark & Company Real Estate, Inc., represented the tenant in the transaction.
