Learning from the SARS experience.


Organizations can best respond to challenges by joining forces. That's the message that can be taken from the staging of the First Asian Exhibition Forum, a special one-day event one-day event

a contraction of the three-day event but like that contest is aimed at selecting the best all-round horse and rider. The events usually contested are show-jumping, dressage and cross-country.

Severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) is the first emergent and highly transmissible viral disease to appear during the twenty-first century.
, assess responses to SARS within the industry, and make further coordinated changes based on the SARS experience. Nearly 200 industry leaders attended from all major locations around the region. Supporters of the forum included exhibition associations from Singapore. Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Korea, and Taipei. In addition, participants from China included representatives from the China Association for Exhibition Centres and the exhibition industry associations from Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong, Shenzhen, and Macau.
