, announced today that it will be offering a Lean training course entitled "One Day to Lean" to help leaders understand Lean concepts and how they can make immediate improvements.

Companies of all types and sizes are facing the ever increasing pressures from customers to lower cost, increase quality and improve delivery. The main way companies can improve these three key areas is by eliminating waste! The principles and tools of Lean as put forth in Tefen's course will help any organization to identify and eliminate waste in their process and help them to understand the need to foster an environment based on continuous improvement.
