 is an online learning course, "Managing E-mail: The State of the Art." It begins with a review of research on the topic of e-mail records and concludes with a discussion of emerging trends for e-mail records and information management, including automatic classification, the use of records and information management software, and custom solutions. This course is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, allowing users to move at their own pace. On average, it will take less than two hours to complete the full course. Upon successful completion of the course material, users will receive a certificate of completion. In addition, this course has been pre-approved for 2.0 credits by the ICRM ICRM Institute of Certified Records Managers
