LeapIt, provider of e-learning solutions, announced the appointment of three new senior-level executives: Valerie LeBan, Larry Schwartz, and Randall Trask. These individuals bring a combined 47 years of experience to LeapIt.

Valerie LeBan serves as Vice President of Marketing for LeapIt. She oversees marketing efforts across LeapIt's three divisions: LeapIt's eLibrary offering, LeapIt's Enabling Technology, and LeapIt's B2C (Business to Consumer) Refers to a business communicating with or selling to an individual rather than a company. LeBan is responsible for managing all marketing and communications, including public relations public relations, activities and policies used to create public interest in a person, idea, product, institution, or business establishment. By its nature, public relations is devoted to serving particular interests by presenting them to the public in the most , advertising, direct mail and sales and promotional collaterals.

LeBan brings 14 years experience in advertising and marketing to LeapIt, including a distinguished track record among dot-com companies.

Prior to joining LeapIt, she was Director of Online Consumer Marketing for Cars.com, the nation's most comprehensive new- and used-car inventory information site and host of America's "car guys," Tom and Ray Magliozzi Raymond F. Larry Schwartz has been appointed Vice President of the LeapIt eLibrary, a direct-to-business training offering designed to bring e-learning directly to employees. ELibrary courses maximize employee training in fast-growing professional areas, while maintaining the convenience of a distance learning program.

As head of eLibrary, Schwartz will oversee the program, and leverage his experience with training services to manage eLibrary's growth and ensure that it is at the forefront of the latest content and training needs.

Schwartz comes to LeapIt from the General Physics Corporation, where he served as the Director of Strategic Planning Strategic planning is an organization's process of defining its strategy, or direction, and making decisions on allocating its resources to pursue this strategy, including its capital and people.  and Outsourcing for the company. Trask has been in the technology-based training and testing industry since 1985. He has also served as president of Experior Integrated Solutions and Vice President of Business Development for National Computer Systems. Trask holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Regis College in Denver, Colorado.
