Leading the Organization: 2006-2007 NAMA Executive Committee: the 2006-2007 Executive Committee is set to lead the organization into the new program year. Below is information on each member of the committee.

President

Stephanie Gable (Carolinas/ Virginia/ Bayer CropScience)

Stephanie Gable is communications manager for Bayer CropScience in Durham, North Carolina. She served on the national Careers committee for three years. She has served on the Executive Committee since 2002.

President-Elect

Patty Travis (Mid-America/ 5MetaCom)

Patty Travis is Media Director for 5MetaCom, having been with them for over 11 years. She has been involved with NAMA locally in numerous positions including president. She has served as Regional Director and has been on the Executive Committee since 2002.

Secretary/Treasurer

Monte Reese (Rocky Mtn. Chapter/ Cattlemen's Beef Promotion & Research Board)

Monte Reese is the chief operating officer (CO0) of the Cattlemen's Beef Promotion and Research Board. Reese served NAMA as chair of the Commodity Promotion Council. He was elected to the Executive Committee in 2003.

Ken Anderson (Midlands Chapter David & Associates)

Ken Anderson is an account executive for David & Associates. Anderson has been a NAMA member for over 20 years. He has served as a director and president of the Midlands Chapter. He also chaired the Chapter Services Committee. He was elected to the Executive Committee in 2004.

Carol Anderson (Mo-Kan Chapter/Eidson & Partners)

Carol Anderson is a partner with Eidson & Partners. She has served NAMA in a variety of positions, most recently as the vice chair and chair of the Agribusiness Forum Committee. She was elected to the Executive Committee in 2004.

Kyle Bauer (Great Plains Chapter/KFRM Radio)

Kyle is general manager of KFRM Radio in Clay Center, Kansas. He served as vice chair and chair of the Chapter Services Committee and served as president of the Agri-Broadcast Management Council. He was elected to the Executive Committee in 2005.

Vicki Henrickson (Cornbelt Chapter/Progressive Agriculture Foundation)

Vicki Henrickson currently is a Development Specialist for the Progressive Agriculture Foundation. She served on the chapter board and as National Agri-Marketing Conference & Trade Show vice chair and chair. She was elected to the Executive Committee in 2005.

Beth Burgy (North Central Chapter/Broadhead + Company)

Beth Burgy is Vice President of Broadhead+Company. Burgy served as NAMA Careers Chair from 2002 to 2004 and was chair of the NAMA Boot Camp in 2004 and in 2005. She received the President's Award in 2005.

Sarah Vacek (Gateway Chapter/Monsanto Company)

Sarah Vacek is a Roundup Marketing Manager at Monsanto Company leading all Roundup marketing programs and advertising. She has served as Gateway Chapter president and chair of the 2005 Agri-Marketing Conference Committee and has received the NAMA Professional Development Award of Excellence.
