SAN JOSE, Calif. -- Adobe Systems Incorporated (Nasdaq:ADBE) today announced that Rodale Inc., the authoritative source for trusted content in health and wellness around the world, has switched its magazine and book page design and layout processes to Adobe InDesign software and standardized its U.S.-based publishing processes on Adobe Creative Suite. With magazine properties and books published around the world, Rodale has adopted InDesign to help expedite print production workflows and provide a more fluid creative environment for layout artists and designers.

This adoption puts Rodale in a growing list of leading publishers that have standardized on InDesign for page design and layout, including Australian Consolidated Publishing, Future Network USA, Hearst Magazines, Lonely Planet Publications, McDougal-Littell and Meredith Corporation.
