Telcordia (R) Service Director to Help O2 Germany Bring New Level of Service to German Customers

Telcordia Service Director addresses the critical issue of service assurance by providing a fully scalable, open architecture that links all the processes involved in the creation and deployment of multi-layered services. With its flexible service level management capabilities, Service Director will help O2 increase operational efficiencies and profitability.
