Arthur Marriott has extensive experience as counsel in all forms of international commercial arbitration and litigation throughout the world, including oil and gas, civil engineering, construction and joint venture disputes. Mr. Marriott also represents clients in complex commercial litigation in the English courts. He has been appointed as a Recorder and Deputy High Court Judge, again one of the first two solicitors ever to attain that position. He is also a President of Mental Health Review Tribunals.
