Convergys Corporation (NYSE:CVG), the global leader in integrated billing and customer care services, announced today that Telia Telecom A/S in Denmark has chosen its Geneva(TM) active revenue management (ARM) software, to support the growth of Telia Telecom's business and bolster innovation in one of Europe's most competitive markets.

Telia Telecom A/S, a subsidiary of the leading Nordic telecoms provider, Telia Sweden, supplies a range of telephone, IP, and ADSL broadband services to both residential and business customers across Denmark. Geneva will be used to rate and bill all voice, data, and content services, and will be integrated with front-end and mediation systems by leading integrator Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. Data will be migrated to Geneva from Telia Telecom's legacy billing system over the coming months, and the new billing solution is expected to go live in October 2001.

Geneva will enable Telia Telecom A/S to react quickly to changing market conditions, delivering a cost-efficient and flexible means of attracting customers and building customer loyalty by bringing innovative products and bundles to market quickly.
