It runs from Madison Square (23d St.) to the Madison Bridge over the Harlem River (138th St.). In the 1940s and 50s, some of the major U.S. , recently leasing the entire 17th floor, 5,722 square feet, in a seven-year deal.

The building is already home to law firms This list of the world's largest law firms by revenue is taken from The Lawyer and The American Lawyer and is ordered by 2006 revenue:[1]
  1. Clifford Chance, £1,030.2m – International law firm (headquartered in the UK);
  2. Linklaters, £935.
 Heller, Horowitz, & Feit PC; Schweitzer, Cornman & Bondell, LLP; and Rubin, Fiorella & Friedman LLP.

Frank Patterson of Helmsley-Spear, Inc. represented the tenant in the transaction, and owner SL Green Realty Corp. was represented by Elaine Anazagasty.

"Klestadt & Winters was growing too large for its former office at 381 Park Avenue South," said Patterson.

"I was pleased to find them a new office that fills its space requirements and is also a prestigious address within their industry."
