Lawyers branch out corporation stretches to 99,000 s/f.

 office in space just leased in W&M Properties' 100 First Stamford Place, announces Jeffrey H. Newman, executive vice president of W&M, the marketing and management agent for the building.

Headquartered at 3 World Financial Center in Manhattan, and with other offices in Washington, D.C. and San Francisco San Francisco (săn frănsĭs`kō), city (1990 pop. 723,959), coextensive with San Francisco co., W Calif., on the tip of a peninsula between the Pacific Ocean and San Francisco Bay, which are connected by the strait known as the Golden , Morgan & Finnegan will occupy 3,025 s/f in its new Stamford facility for six years.

W&M Construction will build out the space for the tenant.

In representing the building owner in lease negotiations, Jason D. Pizer, W&M's Director of Leasing, was assisted by Senior Leasing Associate, Kathleen A. Caracappa. The tenant was represented by Michael H. Siegel, executive vice president of CB Richard Ellis CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. NYSE: CBG is a multinational real estate corporation currently based in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.. On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2.  

The Thomson Corporation, a leading global integrated information solutions provider, has again added to its office space at W&M Properties' Metro Center, bringing the total to 99,227 s/f.

The announcement was made by Jeffrey H. Newman, executive vice president of W&M Properties, the marketing and managing agent for the building.

The latest transaction, for 17,161 s/f on the sixth floor, also involves the extension of Thomson's existing lease for the adjacent 27,204 square feet on that floor to be coterminous co·ter·mi·nous

Thomson will occupy the entire sixth floor through 2020. W&M Construction will build out the new space for the tenant.

The flagship of W&M's suburban portfolio, Metro Center, built in 1986, is an eight-story, 280,000 s/f Class-A multi-tenanted building located at the Stamford Transportation Center, which has just completed a $95 million enhancement program.
