The Law School was founded in 1891 by a group of faculty, students, and alumni of Columbia Law School led by their founding dean, Theodore William Dwight, a prominent figure in the chapter of the National Lawyers Guild is cosponsoring a panel discussion called "Our Children's Schools: Legal and Community Struggles for Equality," on Wednesday, November 20, 2002 at 7 p.m. The event is also cosponsored by the New York City New York City: see New York, city.
