Lawson Software and Hewlett-Packard jointly invest in advanced technology center; Will work to ensure evolution of client/server application solutions for risk free implementation.

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 4, 1995 -- Lawson Software and Hewlett-Packard Company today announced the establishment of an Advanced Technology Center to tightly integrate specific technologies and services around their existing application and hardware offerings.

This center is dedicated to assuring the optimal implementation of any customer's solution set, including software, hardware and integration.

The Advanced Technology Center is located in Minneapolis and is staffed by a team of dedicated technology experts from both companies. The team will be focusing on such things as: integration of HP's OpenView Operations Center with Lawson's Open Enterprise suite of applications; high-end distributed networking; benchmarking; proof-of- concept demonstrations; and Lawson/HP-specific consulting services.
