Ronald N. Jacobi has joined Bryan Cave Bryan Cave is an international law firm based in St. Louis, Missouri, USA. Founded in 1873 as King, Phillips & Stewart, it is one of the 35 largest law firms in the world. Its partners include former US Senators Jack Danforth and Alan Dixon, former New York Mayor Ed Koch and  LLP's entertainment, sports and media practice as Of Counsel. Jacobi had been a member of the corporate practice group and co-chair of the entertainment practice group at Paul Hastings Janofsky & Walker.

Michael Seeman has joined Pircher Nichols & Meeks as an associate in the real estate department of the firm's Los Angeles office. He was previously an associate at Jeffer Mangels mangels
